 2025 SWM G03
The purchase price seems to be aimed pretty precisely at the Dacia Jogger. At first glance, this seems a bit presumptuous, as this is an established product with a large network of workshops and a fairly good resale
value.
So what is the advantage of the new car? Yes, it exists and you don't even have to look too closely. The Chinese model's goodies are noticeable even in the basic configuration. It has a sliding glass roof, 17-inch light alloy
rims, a 7-inch center display, heated and adjustable exterior mirrors and electric window lifters in the rear as standard.
You have to pay extra for all of this with the Jogger, or it isn't available, like a sunroof. But if you look a little more closely, you'll see that important safety features are missing, such as side airbags, pedestrian protection and
LED headlights and the on-board computer to display fuel consumption, for example.
| The longer braking distance during emergency braking does not necessarily come from the rear
drum brakes. |
We are skeptical about both cars and recommend investing €1,000 more in the Jogger for a turbo direct injection engine. We don't even know what the G03's engine is like. We suspect something bad, because the
CO2 value is around 50 g/km higher. Or could it be due to the bodywork?
| The Jogger is subject to different EU approval conditions due to its much larger series. |
This is also much higher than with the Jogger. The car is a little shorter, but still has the longer wheelbase. It is available as we are used to in Europe, namely as a 5 or 7 seater, the G03 only with 4 or 7 seats. Regard the
design and then decide for yourself.
