 2023 Audi Q4 e-tron
Actually, what has changed the most is the engine performance, especially in the weaker models, and the charging performance in the most powerful model. It only meets the (non-existent) criteria for a facelift to a very
limited
extent. You could rather call it a rework.
And since the revision of the engines is also expected to increase efficiency, the range has also been increased slightly. The standard version of the Tesla Model Y is significantly cheaper, but it doesn't have the same range.
In this discipline, the model with two engines at around the same price obviously beats the Audi significantly.
However, we suspect that for the basic price of the Audi Q4 e-tron of €53,000 there are not even light alloy wheels as before. At least you now get the larger screen at this price. In contrast to the Tesla, the surcharge list is
long, but the interior design is significantly more valuable even without an extra charge.
The Audi has increased the response of the steering and the driving comfort through the suspension, another pleasant difference to the Tesla. When it comes to driving assistance, it's worth comparing. It has been
improved
in the Audi and there is still no reason for unlimited cheer in case of the Tesla in Europe.
However, if we compare the charging performance to that of the Tesla, it is clearly too low for the basic model for over €50,000 and is still significantly inferior to the of the Tesla in case of the top model. And then there is the
hopefully disengageable limit of 80 percent, just as unnecessary as the latest sound creation to the outside and inside.
| Production now also in the Brussels factory. |
