A year ago, VW introduced the prototype, now we see it as a production vehicle, the big brother of the T6 California, which was produced more than 18,500 times even in 2018. There are thorough modifications of the corresponding Crafter Box Van Plus. Of course you can also buy this, the smaller ones for 48.534 € (Trendline 50.033 €) or the bigger one for 52.770 € (Trendline 55.270 €).

If you want to save even more, choose a manual gearbox and a weaker engine. But if you look at what has changed VW for € 6,500 or € 4,300 on these two vehicles, then quickly let it off because you can attest the manufacturer this time really fair prices.

The effort starts with the two different new roofs. Or the seat group in the back, which is changeable to a transverse bed in the 600 and a longitudinal one in the 680 with 1.67 m instead of 1.37 significantly wider. Then the kitchenette with two-burner cooking facilities, sink and fridge/freezer from outside operable, too.

With the transition to Crafter now the installation of a wet cell was possible. This is the same for both models. There are differences in addition to the bed in the back in additional sleeping places for children in the roof of the 600. The 680 is rather intended for a very comfortable traveling couple. However, the longer wheelbase demands more attention.
