Twingo and Espace (pictured below) indicate already, where there is a need. The Mégane Scénic succeeds to fill the gap between both. It pays attention to the back seats, makes it very variable and space-providing. And that in a vehicle using a relatively small traffic area. Together with 10 cm more height it's called Multi Purpose Van.

As the name suggests, it is derived from Mégane. The rear bench seat is replaced by three individually adjustable seats. The two outer weigh only 14.5, the middle 12.2 kg, which facilitates their complete removal and the useful space increases to 1,000 liters.
