Seven generations of Ford Fiesta have been passed almost unnoticed to us, from 1976 until today. Again it is 7 cm longer, 1 cm broader and 2 cm lower. In 41 years it has grown by half a meter, but with a little more than 4 m, it is quite close to its competitors.

However, opposed to the Polo/Ibiza, also still available with 3 doors. The new design is obvious at the back, because the lights now are oriented horizontally instead of vertically. Also, in contrast to Polo/Ibiza, the tailgate is used for the rear lights.

The size of the luggage compartment has remained and is thus significantly smaller compared than in Polo/Ibiza. Also the important wheelbase and the luggage compartment have grown in the Ford very little. Large is the range of engines, 3 cylinders for the gasoline, 1.1 liters without and 1.0 liters with supercharging, 4 cylinders with 1.5 liters for the Diesel.

Inside, the once massive central console is now dissolved. The 7-inch touch-screen is now free-standing. In the extensive surcharge list you can load both individually and in powerful packages. The new comfort of the new Fiesta has to be mentioned. 07/17
