The DS4 is after DS5 the second in a series of to be expected models of the new manufacturer, meanwhile optically disengaging from Citroën. At this here no more double angles can be seen. The idea of a
second brand is said to come into being on the market in China, where they held probably uninformed a Citroën for a German product.
Of course, the higher qualification also fits very well into the concept of the French. Moreover there is the 'goddess' since now round 60 years, at whose fame as the most innovative vehicle of the luxury class at that
time, one hopes to tie in. However, from the Devine concept below in the videos, the new DS 4 is but still somewhat away. We see a facelift here.
So the 5 series and now the 4 series DS model of Citroën have to change to a DS. In the interior, one has already reached the upper middle class. Fewer buttons on the center console are rather not so striking.
Also the novelties Apple Carplay and MirrorLink remain hidden at first glance. Nevertheless, here we have an impression of a higher significance.
At the front the modified main headlights attract attention with each three crystalline lights including new foglights. Likewise, the rear lights have changed and unmoved one pays homage to an expanded idyll of
chrome braces. Behind it, there is optionally for this model the THP 210 instead of the 200 petrol engine with 154 kW (210 hp), 285 Nm, which accelerates the car to over 230 km/h.
And then there's the Cross Back (pictured above). Not really another model, but only a 3 centimetres higher DS 4, which is already a bit higher anyway. The resulting gaps of the wheel arches are covered with black
stripes. Except larger wheels, there is yet no real competition to discover, for example, to the models of Renault. 12/15
