Sounds good, instead of hydropneumatics Citroën celbrates now the 'European premiere' of a suspension with 'progressive hydraulic stop'. Actually, it should be called 'end stop', but that would betray too much.
Because this technique is of course only really effective when the springs reach their smallest possible extent, so certainly not on a normal travel with normal luggage.
Since you would have to take something heavyweight for the back seat or the luggage room. Meanwhile, the seats with 'Advanced Comfort' for the 'superior comfort of a flying carpet' provide. There are already the first
testers who begin to feel the special comfort. With which we want to attest to the new C4 Cactus a very good comfort, but not the one, promissed by advertising.
Citroën introduces it as a compact sedan. However, it has lost a lot of his 'otherness', which is more luck than disadvantage. Especially the sides know look better without the conspicuously placed rubber cushions.
The front also communicates much more comprehensibly, despite the unusual combination of lights. Alone at the rear, the designer has left completely the for Citroën so typical otherness except for the lights with 3d
effect.
That's probably the worst reproach that you can make a Citroën, that its rear looks like any other. Inside, certain primitive solutions have disappeared. Only the not retractable rear side windows remained. The very
simple
dashboard seems to have found its style. The possible color offset of the seats looks elegant. Amazing what you can achieve with comparatively small resources. 03/18
