The number of doors is not a criterion for a coupé since a long time. In the meantime, the rear sloping roof may be, too. For the X2 only remains a flatter silhouette with an inclined tailgate that costs 35/150
liters of luggage space, everything for its appearance.
After all, complaining at a high level. Approximately 3,000 euros extra charge compared to the X1 on the same platform. Luckily there is with nearly 7.500 euros enough space in the price list between X1 and
X3 with approximately the same engine, with the Diesel however noticeably less.
If one were to ask me (but no one asks me) I would doubt whether the M-Sport (picture above) really looks better than the basic version. For example, on the side sills at least one realizes, what having got
for the extra price. But I am probably missing the sense of discreet sportiness.
This is, of course, unfair to the X1, which will move closer with the next facelift. The design of the X2 is by the way not the tip of the iceberg. This can be seen in the prototype shown on the video above.
Compared to this is the design of the X2 rather reluctantly implemented. At the same time, however, it becomes clear what is ahead for the future, at least partly. 10/17
