2018 BMW M3 CS
If you are not familiar with BMW vehicles, we will help you. A BMW M3 CS is definitely a sedan, as a coupé or convertible it should be 'M4' and the former already exists as 'CS'. You need at least 77,500 euros to buy an
M3, just 45,000 euros more than a simple 3-series.
Production limited to 1200 cars. |
But on the way to the 'CS' you still need the 'Competition' package for another 7,300 euros. Exactly the same sum for ceramic brakes, but you do not have to. And then there is the extra charge for the CS model, which
should amount to at least 31,000 euros.
Compared to the changes in the bodywork, the raise of the performance from 331 kW (450 hp) of the to the Performance-version to 338 kW (460 hp) is rather marginal. Of course, this strongest M3 of all time has
everything aboard for engine control, which is currently possible with inline six-cylinder, and for the optics, the double-flow exhaust system, each with two tailpipes. By an additional long seventh gear it should even
come to still acceptable fuel consumption.
The highlights are probably roof, bonnet, front splitter and rear spoiler made of carbon. Inside changes are relatively much less, except the full leather furnishing and the red start button (figure 3). Which is not
surprising given the price policy, for the CS are the Connected Drive Services and e.g. Apple CarPlay to order extra. 11/17
