 2018 BMW C evolution
It has since 2015 become 1,000 euros cheaper, but 14,000 euros for a city scooter are still a lot of money, even from the driver's license, perhaps suitable for older men. It's just the tribute to the electric drive that leaves
its mark here. After all, the manufacturer creates with the long-range version allegedly 160 km.
Not only the price weighs heavily, but also the batteries. Unfortunately, as you can see on the pictures above, they can not all be placed as low as possible. As a scooter, it is twice as heavy as its fellow combustion
engines, but not when compared to the much more powerful C600 Sport. Its driving habits are consistently praised in tests, even just outside the city.
It's just a fine piece of technology, e.g. driving off almost every car during acceleration. There are four modes of driving from economical to dynamic, which also makes it possible to design the recuperation in such a way
that you hardly need to brake extra. ABS and torque control complete the safety package. There is even a reverse gear, of course, with an electric motor easily feasible.
Electric driving on two wheels is much quieter than with combustion engines. Only when loading disturbs the loud fan noise. The C evolution is a little too big to get through in the urban rush hour, though it's ultimately a
matter of courage. Also praised is the TFT display, which is fast and easy to read even in direct sunlight. 05/18
