2025 Audi Concept C

We don't like the fact that some YouTubers, who are hesitant due to their dependence on the manufacturers, only express their negative opinions when it comes to the successor model. As always, we won't hold back any negative opinions.

Perhaps this applies to this concept C, which we initially thought of as a slab construction, similar to the famous Bauhaus era, when cars came from this direction like buildings on wheels. So we wouldn't share all the criticisms of Audi's earlier design.

However, a YouTuber named Thilmany Creative gave us the idea to take a look at Jaguar and Fracella's Type 00 concept, and there we found a greater similarity (video above) than the one he cited with the Audi TT.

Massimo Frascella has been Chief Creative Officer of AUDI AG since June 1, 2024.

Can you accuse a designer of evolving or quoting themselves? And always looking at the polarizing front, it doesn't quite match, maintains its height, but skilfully deflects the air to the side.

Not to the wheels, but to cool electrical components. All that remains is the very simple radiator grille. Upon closer inspection, you'll notice stripes running from top to bottom. And the four Audi rings are also made of solid metal.

Does new design always have to captivate us from the first glance?

Was that it? Not quite yet, because at the bottom, a shimmering carbon fiber panel stands out. It runs all the way around, quite bold at the front, but flares out into a massive diffuser at the rear. Above it, the closed skin with a few cooling vents, in this case actually reminiscent of the Type C.

He'll probably get door handles for the series in two years and hopefully the paint. Not a single crimp can be missing. You see, we're already starting to get used to the strange look. And the dashboard, with its magical center display, does the rest.

The Jaguar of that time was torn apart by the press. One notices already that there is at least a divided response here. What else can Audi do if customers don't come, other than dare to make a fresh start and bring another iX3 or GLC into the world?

How much less complicated it is to open the roof than in a Porsche! Where are the batteries? Perhaps they're behind the seats rather than underneath them? Is there at least a sufficiently large frunk? And please keep the solid door handles with the thumb opener.
