For example, you use the possibility of exploiting existing symmetries. You only draw one half and fold the additional one. In 3D, you create body by rotating or pulling. The former means that only a section cut from a belt pulley is drawn and then rotated. Bodies are placed in the virtual space, they get their final form after the dimensions are changed. This also facilitates docking to other parts already present. This is facilitated by parts which are as simple as possible. They can also be negative, that is, they can be subtracted from an existing form. It is not so much similar to the work of a stonemason as the processing of a wooden sculpture, which is brought into shape with the chainsaw.
